I do this through private workshops or longer term consulting engagements.

1. A Private Workshop can range from a one-day intro workshop to a more in-depth multi-day workshop.
   Workshops can be held at either your site or at a comfortable offsite conference room at the Northeast Indiana Innovation Community.
   The goal is for you to walk away understanding the basic tools and framework to create your own process for continuous innovation.
   

2. A Longer Term Consulting Engagement can be custom-constructed to fit your particular situation, need, and goal.
   For example, I could co-lead an important innovation project together with your lead. Or, I could help you establish the structure and governance for your own innovation process. Or, something else - as long as it relates to innovation or entrepreneurship.
